We've been comparing this community to Brookhaven at Johns Creek. The locations are both nice, they both have a clubhouse and quality homes but Sugarloaf is less expensive for some reason. Sugarloaf has a larger clubhouse. It's going to be a hard decision but we are leaning towards Sugarloaf.
