Sea Breeze at Lacey is located in Forked River along the beautiful Jersey Shore in Ocean County, NJ. This brand-new age restricted community is still under construction, but it has opened its doors to residents who are aged 55 or better. The single-family homes in Sea Breeze at Lacey are all built by Toll Brothers, a developer known for its luxurious home designs. These beautiful homes are available in ten one-story and two-story floor plans, which range in size from 1,690 to 2,590 square feet. Two-story models are similar in design to the single level homes but include an extra bedroom, bathroom and loft on the second story. While each home is based on one of these basic models, homeowners are encouraged to customize their home by choosing from a variety of options.

Both New York City and Philadelphia are within approximately 90 minutes, making them ideal destinations for a weekend getaway.
