Even if they are not ready for the move, once they are on the list they will not lose their spot, nor move to the bottom of the list. Residents on the waiting list will get a call with each vacancy and can simply reject or accept the vacancy at that time.
Whether residing in or outside of The Villa, residents can choose a lifestyle as busy as they want with all the amenities that are available at Suffield Meadows. In addition, there are a variety of social clubs and special interest groups that get together on a regular basis.
