We were lucky enough to find a nice home here under $100k! If you're looking for a nice community and your under a tight budget come check it out. We could afford a lot more but we'd rather spend our money on traveling instead! Our house here has everything we need, the clubhouse is nice and the folks are friendly.
A note to Seniors that have more than 2 pets, please avoid this place at all costs. They only allow 2 and are not willing to discuss having a 3rd pet, no matter the size or weight. You should look at other Communities immediately to suit the needs of your pet family.
