I appreciate having the ability to help clients who are at the same stage in their lives. Having recently moved into a 55+ community myself, I can empathize with the challenges of such a transition—the planning, uncertainties, and the process of selling a previous home. Sharing my personal experience allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level and convey the satisfaction that comes with living in a senior community. In terms of professional experience, I bring over 13 years as a full-time Realtor, consistently achieving the NJAR Circle of Excellence for the past 10 years. In 2023, I received the NJ Realtors Distinguished Sales Award and currently serve as a mentor for new agents in my office. Prior to real estate, I held the position of District Sales Manager for two retail chains, accumulating 32 years of experience in sales management. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to do your homework and visit a few communities. Engage with the residents, and take the time to explore the amenities offered in the clubhouse. What makes our local area in South Jersey great for 55+ homebuyers is its senior-friendly environment. With restaurants and shopping just minutes away, easy regional travel to neighboring states, and the recent passage of STAY-NJ offering a 50% reduction in real estate taxes starting in 2026, the region becomes an enticing option for seniors. South Jersey's unique characteristics include minimal traffic, proximity to the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia, and Delaware within an hour, numerous wineries and breweries, farm markets, and outlet shopping. On a personal note, something fun about me is that I served as the Mayor of the little town we recently moved from for 8 years, following 8 years on Council. I have always enjoyed giving back to my community. Outside of work, my wife and I love getting together with friends, visiting wineries, traveling, and I particularly enjoy the friendly competition of beating my son in tennis!
