About Ira Fronk

Ira couldn’t be more proud to be a specialty agent for 55+ communities in Arizona. The clients he works with are some of the happiest he’s ever come across and it makes him that much more excited to help them find the perfect community. Before he started his career in real estate, Ira first learned the difference between a retirement community and an Active Adult community when his parents started ‘snow-birding’ to AZ from the Midwest years ago. To them, it was a dream just to get out of the cold for a few months, but they quickly discovered that it could be even better than they imagined. The more Ira understood about everything 55+ communities had to offer, the more he wanted to help people find the perfect one for themselves and educate them along the way. In that process he’s developed tools, techniques, and relationships that enable him to recommend the best potential matches in a community based on the specific preferences of each individual client. He’s also become an expert in the 55+ sub-market and earned certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). Ira strives to go above and beyond in order to provide the best service he possibly can and ensure that his clients not only have a clear understanding of their options, but also a stress-free and positive experience overall. In the Phoenix area alone, there are hundreds of different Active Adult communities to choose from, so the decision can be overwhelming. Ira takes a great deal of pride in being able to filter the options as to what’s most important for his client, whether that’s budget, location, home type, amenities, or anything else that matters. He works with all of the communities in the Phoenix and Northern Tucson areas but he doesn’t work for any of them. He works for you, and his goal is to find the community and the home that makes you the happiest.
