I have been practicing real estate in the Sarasota area for 28 years. Additionally, I am a Professional Construction Estimator, a skill that has proven beneficial given the surge in new construction and remodel projects in the area. 55+ homebuyers love our area because you can count on Sunshine! Our weather is predictable & dependable. We have access to over a dozen different beaches each with their own character and charm within 30 minutes. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to visit in person with a trusted agent. There is nothing like spending time in the community with someone who is a local and knows the necessities of everyday living. I always say let's pick the community first, then we will find you the dream house. Being in the Air Force taught me to love travel. To this day, I look forward to going on fly fishing trips all over the USA, appreciating the beauty of our country.

Where do I begin? My experience having Jimmy as my realtor was extraordinary! I was in the process of buying a house for mom to live in. She was living in a mobile home where they raised the lot rent to the point where she couldn’t afford it. Jimmy took on this task knowing this wasn’t going to be a sizable contract and helped me anyway. I was grateful to receive his services. Jimmy was amazing! During this crazy pandemic I was afraid of both the selling and purchasing of properties. I wasn’t sure how this would be achieved at this time and I was also on a very short time frame to accomplish both tasks. Not only is he very cheerful, polite and extremely thorough, he made himself available as I was in and out of town, and on a moment’s notice, he arranged his schedule to accommodate me! We were just refused by an agent to sell our McIntosh house (like it’s not even worth of listing…) Then Mr Raybon stepped in! First he analyzed, calculated, and recommended what to change or improve. In 4 weeks the “ JIMMY TEAM” went in action one more time, shot some bright happy pictures…home sold in 4 days ! Pure business genius.
