Julie has lived most of her life in Northern Nevada. She left Nevada for a few years to study at the University of California, Irvine and graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences in 1992. After working in the scientific industry as a marketing professional for several years in the Bay Area, she returned to Northern Nevada, the area she loves. Julie has been a resident of Reno since 1996 and a full-time real estate agent since 2003.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Julie when I was looking for a home in the Reno area. She was very caring in what I was looking for, knowledgeable about the area and the market, and consistently available whether by email, text or phone. She helped me walk through the process every step of the way. When I found the home I wanted she was wonderful in advocating on my behalf. It was very stressful for me selling my former home in another state and buying my Reno home at the same time. I appreciated her patience with what I was going through. It was a fun experience getting to know her. Julie went the extra mile for me in taking care of a few things that I just couldn't do because I wasn't able to be there. Thank you, Julie!!!

We contacted Julie three years ago when we first started considering the Reno area for relocation in retirement which was still a few years away. She was very helpful in sending us information and responding to questions during that time. She contacted us a few times after our initial visit to check in which we appreciated. When we got more serious last fall, Julie listened to what we were looking for and sent us listings each week matching our criteria. We finally made the decision to move to Reno in February 2021 and she made herself available the whole week we were there as we searched for just the right property. She showed us several of the new construction options as well as resales and we ended up signing a contract to build a new home in Sparks. Julie was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and concerns and did so in such a pleasant manner. Her communication skills are exemplary and we very much appreciated all of the attention she gave to us. We agree, 5 stars isn't enough!
