Locally we have plenty of entertainment, shopping, outdoor activities like walking trails, rivers, lakes, and boating. Everything you could possibly want is within a 15 minute drive! For those considering 55+ communities, my advice is simple yet crucial: enlist the help of an agent familiar with these communities. Take the time to tour the communities alongside your agent to find the perfect fit before narrowing down your focus to homes in those specific areas. I share my life with a Golden Retriever named Butter and a German Shepherd named Marco, both of whom love to take walks with me. Outside of real estate, I enjoy shopping, cooking for friends and family, and gardening.

Katie and Chris were wonderful. From our initial meeting and throughout the process, they were with us every step of the way. They provided information on the 55+ communities in the Fredericksburg area and then showed us each of them. They found homes in each for us to tour so we had an idea of the types of styles each offered. As it happened, we found one that matched many of our wants and they helped us to put forward a competitive offer. Katie and her team were so professional in their handling of the sale of our home. She arrived at our first meeting prior to listing with a notebook of current information on pricing and current sales. I was impressed with her attention to the details we wanted to know even prior to meeting us. Her support team members were equally impressive.
