About Kayla Brown

Michaela "Kayla" relocated to Charlotte in 2012 where she worked in business consulting as she earned two master's degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte: Master's of Business Administration (MBA) and Master's of Science in Real Estate (MSRE). She spent 15 years working in the Banking and Financial Services industry before deciding to pursue her passion for real estate as a full-time career! Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, retiree, or a seasoned investor, Kayla prides herself on being supportive and attentive to her clients throughout every step of the homebuying process. She understands that purchasing a home can sometimes be an emotional process and is sensitive to the unique needs of every client and every transaction. She leverages her experience as a business executive to help her clients make informed, data-driven decisions about their investments in real property. Additionally, Kayla speaks fluent Spanish, which she learned in her early 20s while studying, living, and working abroad. In her personal time, Kayla enjoys trying new restaurants, taking fitness classes, participating in mountain sports such as skiing and hiking, and spending time with her teenage son Chase.
