Turning 60 this year, Kevin has a lot in common with many of his 55+ clients. Kevin believes that having everything you want and need as a senior resident all in one place creates an environment of harmony most of us are searching for later in life. Kevin has been a California state licensed Realtor since 2018 and has jumped to the top 1% of all Realtors nationwide. Kevin has successfully completed and closed over 70 million dollars in business in Orange and San Diego Counties. Kevin is a current Presidents Club recipient which only recognizes the top 250 agents. In 2021 Kevin ranked #86 nationally and #8 locally in Orange County out of over 3,800 local agents. Kevin believes that the main reason south Orange County is a great destination for retirees, and the 55+ communities in general is due to the weather in California. Kevin also believes that Southern California has, arguably the best weather anywhere in the world, so it’s not hard to see why so many seniors have decided to make this their forever home. Kevin says when you consider the weather, along with the proximity to world class beaches, oceans, incredible retail and restaurant options, you would be hard pressed to find a more attractive place to retire. Kevin also feels that as we age there will be specific criteria to consider: 1. Should you be looking for a property without stairs on a single level? 2. How much space do you really need, smaller homes require less work, effort and typically cost less to maintain. 3. Quick response times from medical professionals, so close proximity to medical facilities is important. 4. Lock it and leave? 55+ communities typically make it more convenient to travel without worrying about your property back home. 5. Social clubs and friends. 55+ communities typically offer the largest consolidation of your peers, so making new, and in some cases, lifelong friends is typically very easy to do.
