We had contacted Kevin about looking into Laguna Woods Village several years ago but things prevented us from actually coming to take a look until July 2022. Kevin had retained our info, remembered us and cleared his schedule for us on the day we needed to look for a place. Not only is he an expert on LWV, but he is the best communicator ever, prompt with all emails, texts, phone calls, questions, etc. And always made us feel like we were the only ones in his world! We do not know how he does it, remaining so kind and patient. He is always going above & beyond. We highly recommend Kevin Pollock!

Kevin is great. He listened to likes and dislikes that I expressed as we looked at properties both online and in person. I'm lucky - I lived only 80 miles away so made trips up few weeks. He is patient. we must have toured 35-50 homes and even more online. By the time he found a good fit for me, he knew my tastes and needs and hit it spot on. He is also fun to be around and talk to so the task of shopping for a home is actually delightful! I highly recommend Kevin.

We were so lucky to work with Kevin. Though we did meet in person once or twice, most of the viewing, questioning and answering were done remotely, which is no easy task. Kevin was always prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns. He provided names of others in the community that could help us, ie, contractor. He was and is always polite and considerate and my husband and I would both refer others to him!
