About Kimberly Kirkman

We used Kimberly for our move from New York to Florida. She set up many visits to homes that met our criteria. We flew to Florida and Kimberly took us to several different homes in a 55 and over community. The night before we were to leave a home became available. Kimberly was able to work her magic and get us in to see the house that evening. We made an offer that night and it was accepted. The next morning while at the airport, Kimberly was able to handle the deal and get us the contract before we flew home. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients. As my wife Ann and I were planning to move to Florida following retirement we reached out to Kimberly Kirkman well over a year ago to begin our search in the Port St Lucie area for our new home. We chose Kim after reading all of the positive reviews on her. We must say she did not disappoint. We liked Kim from the moment we met her, her professionalism and friendliness was very apparent. Kim first spent time with us showing us around some of the gated communities which she suggested following prior emails back and forth regarding what we were looking for. She never wasted time showing us homes or neighborhoods we were not interested in and was always looking out for our best interests. We must also give five stars to Sandra (Sandy) Nejib/McDowell in the office. Although we haven’t met Sandy we communicated many times via email and phone calls and she has also displayed professionalism in every sense of the word. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Kim and Sandy and as a result we found our new home for the next chapter in our lives.
