We used Kimberly for our move from New York to Florida. She set up many visits to homes that met our criteria. We flew to Florida and Kimberly took us to several different homes in a 55 and over community. The night before we were to leave a home became available. Kimberly was able to work her magic and get us in to see the house that evening. We made an offer that night and it was accepted. We have used Kim twice for buying and selling. She handled everything while we were out of town both times.
She is knowledgeable professional and knows the market and read you well to know what you’re looking for and on the selling side I give her the sane accolades.

I lost my house to Hurricane Ian and needed a new start in a safer place. Kim helped from our first contact. She arranged everything for me including hotel accommodation and an extensive itinerary of new home tours. It didn’t take long to find exactly what I wanted. As my wife Ann and I were planning to move to Florida following retirement we reached out to Kimberly Kirkman well over a year ago to begin our search in the Port St Lucie area for our new home. Kim Kirkman was amazing. As I was purchasing this home from Connecticut, she made it so easy by taking care of all the details and I was never concerned that she wasn’t on top of every detail. Kim showed me Vitalia in 2015 on my first trip to Florida and I was enchanted. I made my decision then that this would be my retirement location. 5 years later my dream has become a reality and I am now a proud resident in this great community.
