Real estate has always been a part of my life and my passion. My family was involved in real estate, and I got my broker's license back in Chicago over 35 years ago. Having lived in Las Vegas for the last 30+ years, I have the expertise needed to help my clients navigate the different communities across the valley, as well as the ever changing real estate market. Being a senior real estate specialist, catering to those interested in 55+ communities is my area of expertise. Las Vegas is a great location for entertainment and outdoor activities. We have endless shows, biking trails, restaurants, skiing at Mt Charleston, thousands of hiking trails at Red Rock Canyon/Mt Charleston, and endless other activities! Las Vegas has no state income tax, no taxation on pension or retirement income, and real estate taxes and insurance are among the lowest in the country. There are no natural disasters here. Our geographical location makes us ideal, because we are close to Arizona, California, and Utah, but do not pay their taxes. Everything in Las Vegas is conveniently located, you are never traveling more than a few minutes to shopping, hospitals, transportation, entertainment, and all the conveniences. We also have an international airport, making it easy for travel. We have a 25 degree temperature differential from high to low everyday, which makes a big difference in handling the heat during peak summer months. Finding the right home will be the easy part, it is important to make sure I match you up with the right community for you. I suggest you come out and visit as soon as you can, so I can show you the different communities and help you find the one that is right for you. This will be especially helpful if you are comparing Nevada 55+ communities, to 55+ communities in other states. Come on out! A fun fact about me is that I used to be a professional poker player!

Mary was wonderful in assisting us in finding the right home based on our criteria. We required 2 bedrooms, an office/third bedroom, two car garage with a sq. footage of approximate 2,000, We needed a home that did not require any extensive repairs. In other words, we wanted a beautiful home that was upgraded/remodeled. Well, Mary found it for us. She was a joy to work with who was warm and friendly with a work ethic that is awesome.
