In Rae's practice of real estate, she is well-known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. Many other agents she has worked with do not share her same paradigm, which has made it a priority for her to ensure a better way. Rae's approach to any transaction is this, "Be honest and trustworthy with all parties involved." During the years 2011 through 2019, she earned the Circle of Excellence Sales Award from the Monmouth County Board of Realtors as well as the International Sterling Society Award with Coldwell Banker. Rae has served as president of her homeowner's association, the Lakeridge Community Association, from 1995-2011. She is now a member of the Family Services Committee for the Monmouth County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Rae knows what it means to communicate, and she knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!!
