Shari is the best realtor I could have asked for, hands down, no questions asked. Where can I start with shari and how amazing and professional she is. First, shari always answered my questions day or night and there were no dumb questions. She would always call me back if busy within 30-40 min of calling her. She would stay up late at night/answer early in the morning to any of my concerns. Where other parties failed in the buying process shari made up for it by doing her extra work and getting things done! (She played the roll of lawyer, lender, and realtor most of the time) Though shari had an insanely busy schedule, I never once felt like she was working for anyone else. I always felt like I was her soul client and that I got 110% of her attention. On top of it all she is always willing to fight for you and to go above any beyond (made nonstop calls to sellers realtor to ensure we closed on time, saving me 2k in fees for my rate lock). I really can’t thank shari enough for her hard work, motivation, understanding and help through this process. She made a grueling home buying process 20x easier. Down to the very last minute she was there to help us and I sincerely consider her family now. I can’t say enough great things about shari. Do yourself a favor and have shari help sell your home or help buy your next home. Thank me later. She will not disappoint.

Shari was the best, most hands on broker someone could ask for. In a tough buyers market she made what could have been a miserable experience a pleasure. She was extremely diligent and knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. I highly recommend!!!

Shari Ryan is a great real estate agent – knowledgeable, personable and always accessible. She sold our 5-bedroom house and found us a new home in an adult community in Manalapan. She took time to understand our needs and budget, negotiated well, and made sure that all buying/selling steps were performed properly and on time. I highly recommend Shari Ryan!
