I absolutely love being a real estate agent for 55+ communities! Every appointment is a chance to meet new people, engage in phone conversations that vary from challenging to full of laughter, and most importantly, to inform potential buyers about the communities that interest them. I enjoy answering all their questions and going over available listings, but what really makes it special is getting to know my buyers on a personal level. Each experience with them is unique, and as I guide and support them through the process, a bond forms that makes it incredibly rewarding. In my area, we have 39 communities, and I love providing my buyers with a complimentary tour. We make it fun, ending our journey at the clubhouse for one more chat before leaving the community. Most importantly, stay positive, the right place will always come right on time. Enjoy and embrace the Process. On a lighter note, recently I started flying Kites by the beach. It's so freeing and just clears my mind, I used to love doing it as a kid. I love doing Paint by number apps on my phone in my down time usually before bed. Just starting getting back into motivational books as I have an interest in life coaching. I recently started Listening to a Christian music station called Devine, it's just feel good music, it's all new to me.
