Our primary residence is in Texas so Walt had to deal with us remotely and with a relative in York. He found a new condo in Red Lion that fits our needs as a second home. He handled a somewhat difficult closing professionally .... the difficulty was with the builder not us. Would recommend Walt to anyone!!

We contacted Walt with really no idea of what/where we wanted. He was very patient, listened to us and took us to several communities which matched our needs perfectly. Our plan was to come away with an idea of what communities we liked - not a specific property. He never pushed us and was fine with simply showing and providing info for us to consider in our move. I think he, like us, were surprised when we decided to move forward with the perfect home for us.

He understands when seniors need to downsize. He is very knowledgeable of the market. He is very accessible to us and our questions. He listens; and has a warm and caring personality.
