Our primary residence is in Texas so Walt had to deal with us remotely and with a relative in York. He found a new condo in Red Lion that fits our needs as a second home. He handled a somewhat difficult closing professionally …. the difficulty was with the builder not us. Would recommend Walt to anyone!!
We contacted Walt with really no idea of what/where we wanted. He was very patient, listened to us and took us to several communities which matched our needs perfectly. Our plan was to come away with an idea of what communities we liked – not a specific property. He never pushed us and was fine with simply showing and providing info for us to consider in our move. I think he, like us, were surprised when we decided to move forward with the perfect home for us.
He understands when seniors need to downsize. He is very knowledgeable of the market. He is very accessible to us and our questions. He listens; and has a warm and caring personality.
Walt truly understands the needs and wants of this specific age group! Throughout the process he was available, always willing to talk, went the extra mile on several occasions and was genuinely authentic. We just settled on the perfect place for us, and we have Walt to thank for that! Highly recommended!
Wonderful person…..we were very fortunate to have Walt as our agent… he is very profession and so friendly to speak with.. we felt very comfortable expressing our concerns that we had with the entire home buying process. All went so smooth becasue he prepared us well in advance of all necessary steps that were needed to complete the buying process.
