About Las Torres

Las Torres is an intimate 55+ community located in Cave Creek, Arizona. This active adult enclave contains just 26 attached homes that were developed between 1980 and 1981 by Canyon Ridge Homes. Although there is no clubhouse, Las Torres boasts outdoor amenities to keep residents physically active while enjoying the terrific Arizona climate. Las Torres is the perfect 55+ neighborhood for active adults seeking a modestly sized community in Central Arizona.

Residents regularly gather around the outdoor amenities within Las Torres. A pool and spa are perfect for a relaxing dip, while a patio and BBQ area are perfect for lounging with neighbors. Break a sweat with the pickleball, bocce ball, or basketball courts, relax around the firepit, or go for a leisurely stroll on the walking and biking trails. Las Torres provides several ways to stay active in the great outdoors.

Las Torres Homes & Real Estate

Canyon Ridge Homes began construction on Las Torres between 1980 and 1981 and now contains 26 attached homes. These homes range in size from 1,700 to 2,300 square feet and have two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Homeowners love that most residences are outfitted with dual master suites, granite countertops, fireplaces, views of the Black Mountains, wet bars, and open floor plans.

Interstate 17 makes it easy to get around town and provides direct access to downtown Phoenix with its world-class attractions and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

The area around Las Torres also provides several opportunities for outdoor recreation with McDowell Mountain Regional Park, Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve, and Cave Creek Regional park. Las Torres is a great 55+ community for active adults who want an intimate neighborhood near everything that Central Arizona has to offer.
