Northtown is a 55+ community in Phoenix, Arizona. This active adult neighborhood features a quiet and friendly setting with 281 residences. Homeowners enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle as well as charming amenities. Residents of Northtown will enjoy an active and social lifestyle with all of the community events being offered. Ideally located in Maricopa County, active adults will enjoy scenic mountain views as well as everything the Phoenix area has to offer.

Northtown Amenities

Northtown provides a great clubhouse where residents can gather for social occasions. Neighbors explore their creativity in the arts and crafts room or they can join a game in the card room. A catering kitchen and dining room are perfect for get-togethers or hosting group events. Outdoors, homeowners can swim a few laps in the pool or enjoy the sunshine on the patio.

When traveling farther is necessary, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is just under two hours away. Northtown is a great 55+ community within a quiet neighborhood setting, yet close to city attractions in Phoenix, Arizona.
