High $300s - High $700s
Trilogy Lake Norman is one of Shea Homes’ newest communities in the Charlotte area, located only minutes from popular Lake Norman. The gated community is spread over 600 acres and will feature 1,100 single-family residences upon completion.
There are three home collections to choose from, each with various floor plans. Sizes range from approximately 1,364 to 2,550 square feet and homes have two or three bedrooms. Current homes for sale are priced in the low $400s.
Amenities within the gates include an expansive 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, a lounge, an art studio, a fitness center, an indoor lap pool, and an on-site restaurant. Bella Sera Villas is a small, gated community that features 166 single-level, attached homes that are available on a resale-only basis. Floor plans span 1,522 to 1,990 square feet, and they have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Current homes for sale are priced in the low $300s.

Similar to The Courtyards at Kinnamon Park, the Epcon Communities’ neighborhood of Courtyards at Emerald Lake located in Stallings is a small, gated, and age-restricted community with 93 single-family homes.
There are three models available for homebuyers to customize with sizes ranging from 1,519 up to 2,759 square feet. Floor plans allow for two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two- or two-and-a-half-car garage. Extra space can be added to plans to include a den.
