Trilogy Lake Norman is one of Shea Homes’ newest communities in the Charlotte area, located only minutes from popular Lake Norman. The gated community is spread over 600 acres and will feature 1,100 single-family residences upon completion.

There are three different home collections to choose from, each with various floor plans. Sizes range from approximately 1,364 to 2,550 square feet and homes have two or three bedrooms.

Amenities within the gates include an expansive 25,000 square-foot clubhouse, lounge, art studio, fitness center, indoor lap pool, and an on-site restaurant. Outdoors, residents will find a resort-style pool and patio, several athletic courts, an amphitheater, and walking and biking trails.

 Bella Sera Villas - Matthews

Bella Sera Villas is a small, gated community that features 166 single-level, attached homes that are available on a resale-only basis. Floor plans span 1,522 to 1,990 square feet of living space. They have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

A monthly homeowners’ association fee covers tedious tasks like landscaping and yard work, giving residents plenty of time to socialize and take advantage of The Courtyard at Kinnamon Park’s planned amenities, which include a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool and patio, two pickleball courts, two bocce ball courts, and community gardens.

The Courtyards at Emerald Lake - Stallings

Similar to The Courtyards at Kinnamon Park, the Epcon Communities’ neighborhood of Courtyards at Emerald Lake located in Stallings is a small, gated, and age-restricted community with 93 single-family homes.

There are three different models available for homebuyers to customize with sizes ranging from 1,519 up to 2,759 square feet. Floor plans allow for two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two or two-and-a-half car garage. Extra space can be added to plans to include a den.

Final plans for the community include a clubhouse at the heart of the property, a multi-purpose room, exercise room, outdoor lap pool, patio, and walking and biking trails.
