Altis will feature modern, environmentally friendly homes with unique amenities.

Last summer, Pardee Homes announced they had broken ground on Altis, a premier 55+ community in Beaumont, CA. With its high-end amenities and environmentally friendly designs, Altis has generated interest among buyers seeking a modern active adult lifestyle.

After holding a grand opening celebration in November 2018, Altis is officially open for sales. Learn more about the fantastic amenities and beautiful homes buyers can expect from this new community in California’s Inland Empire.

Environmentally Friendly Homes with Modern Designs

Upon completion, Altis will consist of 704 thoughtfully designed single-family homes. With modern layouts and high-end features, Altis takes a fresh approach to single-story living. There are four distinct home collections to choose from: Vita, Avid, Mira, and Elan. With floor plans ranging in size from 1,473 to 3,094 square feet, homes at Altis can accommodate a wide range of living needs and preferences. The homes will feature two to three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-bay garages. Prices begin in the low $300s and reach the mid $400s.

Those seeking a truly personalized floor plan will love homes in the Elan collection. Select homes in this collection include the option of adding a second floor. Known as Pardee Homes’ “GenSmart Suite,” this optional second floor can be used as a completely separate living space. With space for bathing, eating, and sleeping, it’s an ideal option for buyers with frequent guests or multigenerational households.

Buyers can also take advantage of Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart® program, which offers modern and energy-efficient features. These features include sustainable building materials, in-home Wi-Fi smart technology solutions, low-VOC paint, and energy-efficient heating systems to cut down monthly bills.

An Elevated Lifestyle for Today’s Active Adults

Today’s active adults want to live a social, well-rounded lifestyle, and Altis’ amenities absolutely reflect these needs. In a press release regarding Altis’ grand opening, Pardee Homes’ Mike Taylor, stated, “A tremendous amount of research was conducted in advance of planning and designing Altis in order to ensure our designs and approaches to amenities were unique and reflected the fresh, younger boomer buyer of today.”

The community brings residents together with a 16,000 square-foot recreation center called the VuePoint Residents’ Club. This well-appointed recreation center has a state-of-the-art fitness club and a flow studio for yoga. In the great room, residents can mingle and socialize around the fireplace. There will also be an arts and crafts studio, as well as a lounge for billiards and cards.

Altis’ outdoor amenities will allow residents to indulge and enjoy Southern California’s great weather. Planned outdoor amenities include a 4,300 square-foot resort-style pool, a separate lap pool, spa, spacious poolside lounge, and five pickleball courts. There are also barbecue areas and a fire pit for holding community gatherings. With 22 acres of natural spaces and a walking trail, it’s easy for residents to embrace an active lifestyle outdoors with neighbors. Altis will also offer a robust schedule of meet-ups and clubs, including aerobics, hiking, dancing, and other social events.
