Residences at Boca Royale
Single-family homes at Boca Royale are built by Neal Communities and Arthur Rutenberg Homes. For low-maintenance living, homebuyers can turn to the Coral Series by Neal Communities. This series include two floor plans, at 1,434 and 1,524 square feet. Each design has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The larger floor plan also has a separate den.
Neal Communities also offers larger single-family homes in its Cove Series. These models feature open floor plans ranging from 1,787 to 2,367 square feet. Each home has a minimum of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two-car garages. Most designs come with a den, and the two largest models have third bedrooms as well.
The largest single-family homes in Boca Royale are constructed by Arthur Rutenberg Homes. These spacious homes were the first introduced in the community. Designs include floor plans ranging from 2,626 to 3,636 square feet. They feature three or four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and separate dens. They also include two-car or two-and-a-half-car garages.
Amenities and Recreation
At the heart of the community, Boca Royale’s 18-hole golf course is designed with five sets of tees to be both challenging and accessible to golfers of all skill levels. Club membership includes unlimited annual golf and personal golf cart use. The driving range and putting green also helps resident golfers brush up their skills between games.
Beyond golf, Boca Royale features an elegant clubhouse with a variety of amenities. Residents can stay in shape with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment in the state-of-the-art fitness center or take classes in the aerobics and dance studio.
