Residents at Del Webb Nocatee in Ponte Vedra are now welcome to experience one of the most anticipated amenities since moving into the 55+ community. The 20,000-square-foot Canopy Club is now open and already a tremendous success for social activities and fitness.

Fitness Features

Residents hoping for a workout will enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness center which features strength training machines as well as cardio equipment, such as treadmills and stationary bikes. A movement room, where residents can take a yoga class or a group fitness class, is also available.

There’s a large pool and spa outside with plenty of patio space and also a lap pool for a more aerobic swim. Residents will also find tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts for recreational and competitive play.

Social Features

The on-site restaurant is an exciting option for homeowners at Del Webb Nocatee who enjoy taking the occasional night off from cooking and want a good meal steps from home. Tavern & Grill is a full-service restaurant and bar, providing a great opportunity for gathering with friends or enjoying an evening out. Customization is also available, and buyers can choose to include covered lanais and extended patio space, upgraded appliances, and outdoor kitchens.
