Both active adult communities were developed by national homebuilder AV Homes, and each community features welcoming neighborhoods, low-maintenance homes, lakefront settings, outdoor pools, pickleball courts, a rich lineup of activities, clubs and events as well as two championship golf courses in Solivita and an expansive putting green in Vitalia.
Both communities are also situated in popular Florida areas. Solivita is located in the Orlando Area and Vitalia in the Treasure Coast Area.
