Grand Opening of New Models in Sun City Festival in Buckeye, Arizona

The popular 45+ community near Phoenix is adding several new home styles.

Sun City Festival is a premier 55+ community situated in Phoenix’s northwest valley at the base of the White Tank Mountains. The developer, Del Webb, recently announced the grand opening of new home models at the community. These finely crafted, affordably priced homes feature high-end appliances and modern designs. Prelude Series

There are three new home models available in the Prelude series: Traverse, Venture, and Odyssey. These single-level homes range in size from 1,280 to 1,526 square feet. Prices begin in the low $200s and reach the mid $200s. 

All homes in this series include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. There are several stylish options for the homes’ front elevation, including Spanish, Italian, and Tuscan designs.  With spacious gathering rooms and large outdoor patios, these homes are perfect for entertaining. Buyers can also expect desirable features, including nine-foot ceilings, elegant bathrooms, energy-efficient appliances, and smart home technology options.

Retreat Series

The Retreat series models, which includes Hideaway, Sanctuary, Haven, Preserve, and Refuge, offer a bit more space. They are optimally designed for single-level, low-maintenance living. These homes range in size from 1,574 to 2,191 square feet. Prices begin in the low $200s and reach the high $200s.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage, the Retreat series homes accommodate a wide range of living needs. Some models offer an additional den and extra garage space for bigger households. In terms of exterior home designs, buyers can choose from Spanish, Italian, and Tuscan styles. The 9-foot ceilings, Whirlpool black appliance package, and tile flooring add to the homes’ distinct appeal.

Encore Series

Buyers who need a bit more square footage will find the Encore series to be a great fit. There are five new home models available in this series: Pursuit, Serenity, Endeavor, Journey, and Voyage. These elegant, single-story homes range in size from 2,023 to 2,736 square feet, and they are priced from the high $200s to the mid $300s.

Most of the homes in this series have two bedrooms, a den, at least two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Some models feature three bedrooms and additional garage space for a golf cart. The exterior designs for this series include the same great options offered by most of the other new homes. Additional features include granite kitchen countertops, cabinet crown molding, and ten-foot ceilings. Buyers can also choose from a selection of optional upgrades, such as adding an elegant quartz waterfall edge to the kitchen island.

Enchantment Series

Homes in the Enchantment series are the most spacious of Sun City Festival’s new models. These home models – called Eternity, Virtue, and Harmony – range in size from 2,917 to 3,343 square feet. Prices begin in the mid $300s and reach the mid $400s.

These thoughtfully designed single-level homes feature two to three bedrooms, a den, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a three-car garage. In addition to the Spanish, Italian, and Tuscan exterior designs, buyers can also choose a Desert Prairie-style home elevation. With modern active adult living in mind, these homes are equipped with spacious gathering rooms and outdoor patios. Additional features include 10-foot ceilings, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, and smart home technology to improve wifi signal transmission.
