Builder Taylor Morrison has just opened its newest amenity center at Esplanade at Starkey Ranch in Odessa, FL. The 6,000 square-foot clubhouse offers a variety of resort-style amenities for residents to enjoy in this active lifestyle community.
The new clubhouse features indoor and outdoor social and recreational spaces including a common room, catering kitchen, fitness center, aerobics center, meeting and gathering areas, billiards room, and multi-purpose room.
Outdoors, the clubhouse offers a swimming pool and spa, fire pit, patio, event lawn, tot lot, and one park each for small dogs and large dogs.
