There’s also a clubhouse, parks, and several scenic trails where active adults enjoy walking, jogging, and biking.

Lake Worth is close to shopping as well as the Florida Turnpike. In addition to the golf course in the community, there are nearly a dozen private and public courses within half an hour of Poinciana. Residents are only eight miles from the beach, as well.

Built from 1973 to 1985, the established 55+ community of Kings Point in Delray Beach features more than 7,000 condo units and desirable amenities. Floor plans range from 762 to a more spacious 1,100 square feet, and homeowners can look forward to golf course or scenic water views. Residents also need not worry about many petty tasks, with exteriors and common area maintenance taken care of.
