Some of the homes here feature granite countertops, covered patios, eat-in kitchens, walk-in showers, flexible living spaces, or extra garage storage. Residents of this age-restricted community will enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle. The homeowners’ association (HOA) fee includes front yard maintenance, common area upkeep, amenities, landscaping, and home security alarm monitoring.

Residents can stay in shape by using the fitness center or aerobics studio or prepare a healthy snack in the catering kitchen. They can mingle with friends in the lounge, billiards, game room, and multi-purpose room or explore their creative side in the arts and crafts studio. The community also hosts social events in the ballroom, which is a great place to meet new neighbors.

The amenities continue outdoors with a sparkling pool and patio, perfect for cooling off on a warm day. Neighbors can challenge each other to a friendly game of bocce ball, shuffleboard, or horseshoes. There is also a putting green where golf enthusiasts can practice their short game. Residents can take advantage of the beautiful Texas climate by fishing in the stocked pond or enjoying a leisurely stroll throughout the community’s walking and biking trails.

And if that’s not exciting enough, The Village at Tuscan Lakes also has an on-site lifestyle director who plans and organizes activities and events for the entire community. There are over a dozen clubs, classes, and interest groups that cater to every hobby and activity imaginable. Residents can play bingo, bridge, bunco, or Scrabble with friends in the clubhouse’s game room or join the garden club, dining divas, or alpha eaters group.

Staying active is easy in this community thanks to all of the physical activities and classes like water aerobics, aerobics, yoga, and line dancing. Socializing with neighbors is also easy because the community regularly hosts fun events like holiday parties, potlucks, and wine tastings that bring all of the residents together in a friendly setting.
