Trilogy Valor in Kuna, ID Reveals Floor Plans

Buyers looking for homes for sale in Idaho should consider the new floor plans at Trilogy® Valor. 

Shea Homes recently broke ground on its newest 55+ community in Kuna, Idaho—Trilogy® Valor. The trusted builder also revealed the floor plans that will be available to potential buyers. The up-and-coming development will be part of Shea Homes’ master-planned, resort-style Valor community. Situated in the picturesque Treasure Valley, 16 miles from Downtown Boise, Trilogy® Valor will not only offer homeowners a desirable location close to the city, but also a variety of spacious, single-level floor plans, and a number of resort-style amenities. Trilogy® Valor Homes For Sale

Trilogy® Valor will feature a combination of single-family and attached homes with open-concept floor plans. The community is slated to have between 900 and 1,000 homesites upon competition with price points starting in the low $400s.

There will be three distinct home collections available with floor plans ranging from 1,342 to 2,367 square feet of living space. Layouts will feature main-level living, spacious kitchens, flex rooms, and outdoor living spaces. Several plans also include office spaces and den areas. 

The Resort Collection is the smallest of the three available home collections in the community. This collection offers three different layouts and homes within the collection range from 1,342 to 1,669 square feet and have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Like the Resort Collection, homes within the Freedom 40 Collection also have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages, but its floor plans are slightly larger with options ranging from 1,624 to 2,064 square feet. There are four distinct layouts to consider in the Freedom 40 Collection.

The largest of the collections, The Freedom 50 Collection, features three different layouts that range from 2,141 to 2,584 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. 

Trilogy® Valor Amenities

There are several resort-style amenities slated for Trilogy® Valor, including the Resort Club, a campus-style space that will be designed to serve as the heart of the community and a social hub, where neighbors can gather and socialize. The club will feature amenities like a coffeehouse, a fitness center, and a culinary studio.

The amenities continue outdoors with pickleball and bocce ball courts, where residents can practice their skills or challenge each other to a little friendly competition. Speaking of competition, residents will also be able to enjoy plenty of golf with a total of 36 holes on the community’s Falcon Crest golf course. 

Along with its amenities, Trilogy® Valor will also offer its homeowners plenty of opportunities to stay busy and active with a dedicated hospitality team and lifestyle directors that will plan and organize social events and activities throughout the year. 

Living in Kuna, ID 

The community’s location is just under 30 minutes from Boise, making it easy for homeowners to access daily necessities and local attractions. 

Residents of Trilogy® Valor are close to grocery stores, including Albertsons, Fred Meyer, and Whole Foods, as well as Family Dollar and Walmart. Pharmacy needs can be met at Walgreens and Rite Aid.

When in search of entertainment or dining options, homeowners can travel down Avalon Street to find multiple shops, restaurants, and bars. There are also a variety of attractions in the area, including the Aquarium of Boise, Boise Art Museum, Zoo Boise, Idaho Botanical Garden, and Morrison Center for the Performing Arts.
