The community offers potential residents eight floor plans to choose from, ranging from 1,406 to 2,492 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages.

Alston Park residents have access to several amenities including a clubhouse that boasts a fitness room, a lounge, and a hobby and game room. Additionally, there’s a 20-acre fishing lake, dozens of athletic courts, and RV and boat storage for homeowners to use.

The Haven

Del Webb’s 55+ community The Haven is a gated development that’s made up of 500 single-family homes available on a resale basis only. Residences are ranch-style with several distinct floor plans that vary from 1,152 to 2,637 square feet with one to four bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages.

The Haven’s expansive list of amenities includes an 8,500-square-foot clubhouse with a multipurpose room, a kitchen, a ballroom, an internet cafe, and billiards as well as craft, card, and game rooms. Residents looking to stay fit and active have access to an entire fitness center with locker rooms, an outdoor junior Olympic pool, a number of athletic courts, and walking and biking trails.
