A center island in the kitchen has space for seating. The Poppi starts at 1,972 square feet and has three or four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The Sorrel has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The great room on the second floor includes a covered balcony. The Vinca has 2,137 square feet, four bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The Tula X is a similar model with 2,282 square feet and a covered balcony.

The Alder Collection of condos has three floor plans. The Kuro features 2,722 square feet, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. There’s a flex space on the first floor and a two-story loft on the second floor, and a loft on the third floor with a covered balcony.

The Brunia has 2,764 square feet, three or four bedrooms and two or three-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s lots of loft space and dual walk-in closets in the primary suite. The Maranta has 2,843 square feet, five bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The primary suite is on the second floor with additional bedrooms on the third and first floors, allowing for privacy.

Three condo floor plans are in the Rowan Collection. The Bower has 2,645 square feet, four bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The second-floor kitchen has a walk-in pantry and a center island with seating.

The Calia offers 2,738 square feet, four bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s a covered balcony off the great room on the second floor, and the primary suite is upstairs on the third level with the additional bedrooms. The Selene has 2,907 square feet, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Two covered balconies are on the second and third floors, and there’s a flex space on the first floor.

The Laurel Collection includes three detached floor plans. The Citrina has 3,485 square feet, five or six bedrooms, and five or six bathrooms. There’s a three-story foyer and a two-story great room, with bedrooms on all floors. The primary suite is on the second floor and there’s a loft upstairs.
