The Farrier starts at 4,128 square feet and has five bedrooms, five or six full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, and an attached four-car garage. Two luxury outdoor spaces are included, one off the great room and one that joins the kitchen and living area to the primary suite. A home office or flex space is included, and the primary suite is in its own wing in the back of the home, with the other bedrooms in the front, offering privacy. 

The Canter has 4,208 square feet, four or five bedrooms, four to six-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three or four-car garage. There’s a home office as well as a flex space that can be used as an extra bedroom. The kitchen includes a center island with space for seating and a walk-in pantry. The primary suite has two walk-in closets and a bathroom with dual vanities. The outdoor space is right off the great room, which includes a fireplace, and the casual dining area, which flows seamlessly from the kitchen. 

The Sorrell starts at 4,319 square feet and has four bedrooms, four to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached four-car garage. Built-in workspaces are available in the kitchen, which also has a walk-in pantry, and there’s a private office as well. All bedrooms include a walk-in closet, and the primary suite has two. The outdoor living space is off the great room, and there’s a long foyer as well as a porte cochere and an outdoor motor court between each of the two-car garages.
