Other features include 9-foot ceilings, dual sinks, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. 

The 5000s collection features four plans ranging from 2,172 to 3,056 square feet. These single-family homes offer two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and between a two- and a three-car garage. Standard features in the homes include an oversized kitchen with center island, pre-finished oak hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and walk-in pantries. Other features include vaulted ceilings, full unfinished basements, Euro-style shower enclosures, private water closets, and study spaces.  

The Paired Homes collection features five floor plans ranging between 1,757 to 1,912 square feet. These attached homes include two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Standard features on the Energy Star Certified homes include nine-foot ceilings throughout the main floor, spacious walk-in closets, walk-in showers with seats, and private landscaped side yards with five-foot privacy fences. Designer kitchens feature 42-inch birch upper cabinets with a recycling center, slab granite counters, and energy-efficient stainless steel appliances.

Green Gables Reserve Lifestyle 

While residents of Green Gables will find many options to stay socially and physically busy, a homeowners’ association allows the residents to have free time to take advantage of all there is to offer. The HOA covers exterior maintenance, landscaping, water irrigation, sewer, trash removal, recycling, and snow removal at two inches or more for sidewalks and driveways up to the entrance. Common area grounds maintenance is also included. 

Surrounding Area 

Green Gables Reserve is conveniently located three miles from Highway 285, State Routes 95 and 121. Residents of Green Gables will find quick access to Bel-Mar Shopping Center, restaurants, and dining are just a short drive from home, while access to daily necessities is within minutes. For shopping, residents will find King Soopers, Whole Foods, and Natural Grocers. Pharmacy needs can be met at King Soopers Pharmacy and CVS. Denver Health is also less than ten miles away. 

Dining out will present a variety of options within a short drive. There are multiple quick stop options within several minutes of the community. For fine dining, North Italia is set in a farmhouse for rustic ambiance. Yard House is another local hot spot and an upscale sports bar with an impressive menu for American fare.

Fox Hollow Golf Course features three 9-hole courses and golf range full of vistas, water challenges, wildlife, and a protected natural environment.
