Features in some homes include covered front porches, large owner’s suites, and a second story. Seven models are available. 

The Magnolia II is the attached floor plan. It’s a two-story home, with 1,878 to 2,437 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two or three full bathrooms with one half-bathroom. There’s a formal foyer and a breakfast bar in the kitchen. 

The Bradford is a one-story home with 1,250 to 2,615 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s an optional sunroom and an owner’s suite with a large walk-in closet. The Sussex has 1,766 to 2,790 square feet, three or four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. An open floor plan provides plenty of space, and there’s a large porch. 

The Rehoboth is a two-story home with 2,195 to 3,275 square feet, three or four bedrooms, and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s a large kitchen, a breakfast area, and a spacious great room on the main floor. The New Castle is a one-story home, with 1,710 to 2,364 square feet, with three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a large kitchen, open dining area, and a great room with an optional second-story loft area. 

The Wilmington is a one-story model with 1,420 to 1,874 square feet, three or four bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. The large owner’s suite includes double closets and vanities. A gas fireplace is one of the many options for the great room. The Chaucer II has between 2,396 and 3,672 square feet, three or four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. This is a two-story model with a spacious, updated kitchen and a lot of extra storage.
