Residents at Colonial Club enjoy an active social lifestyle thanks to the low-maintenance living that’s provided by a homeowners’ association that takes care of cable bills, common areas, elevator maintenance, building insurance, and laundry facilities. Also included in the monthly HOA fees are lawn care, legal and accounting services, exterior maintenance, property management fees, pest control, pool maintenance, reserve funds, and roof maintenance. Sewer, trash, and water bills are also covered.
