Grandezza is a private, gated country club community located in Estero, Florida. Homeowners can choose between three different membership options to fit their needs. Condos, attached homes, and single-family homes are all offered on a resale-only basis. Located in the beautiful Naples-Bonita Springs Area, this community offers a luxurious active lifestyle inside and out.

Grandezza Amenities

Grandezza offers resort-style amenities to all of its residents. Within the clubhouse, residents enjoy working out in the fitness center, playing cards in the hobby and game room, or attending one of the many parties hosted in the ballroom. There is also a meeting room, multi-purpose room, catering kitchen, and pro shop at the clubhouse.

The outdoor junior Olympic-size pool is a perfect place to take a dip, and the spacious patio or spa is a great area for relaxation. Other outdoor amenities include six Har-Tru tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, beautiful gardens, walking trails, and an 18-hole championship golf course. A membership is required to enjoy all of these amenities and homeowners can choose from a variety of membership options.

There are three membership options within the community to suite the needs and budgets of all homeowners. The Resident Social Membership offers residents full use of all amenities within the Grandezza clubhouse and tennis facilities. Social members enjoy a calendar that is full of social clubs and activities. The Sports Membership offers full use of all clubhouse amenities and tennis facilities as well as golf privileges.

From November to April, Sports Members have limited access to the golf course and practice facilities with 12 rounds of golf allowed during this time and access to the practice facilities only on days that members have a scheduled tee time. From May to October, Sports Members have full golf privileges including unlimited rounds of golf use of all practice facilities. The Golf Membership allows residents full use of all amenities in the Grandezza clubhouse, tennis facilities, and unlimited use of all golf facilities year-round.

While the clubhouse is the focal point for all amenities in the community, some neighborhoods such as Avalon, Oakwood, and Sabal Palm have their own private clubhouse and pool for their residents.

Grandezza Homes & Real Estate

There are 979 homes spread across 12 neighborhoods in Grandezza. Homebuyers can choose from condos, carriage homes, attached villas and single-family homes available on a resale-only basis. Depending on the neighborhood, some of these homes offer low-maintenance exteriors and lawn care while home maintenance for other neighborhoods is left to the homeowner.

Condos in the community are offered in the Avalon and Oakwood neighborhoods. These two-story condo buildings offer single-level units with four units per building and attached two-car garages. Each condo neighborhood offers residents a private clubhouse and pool. A master homeowner's association fee (HOA) plus a neighborhood HOA fee covers general community upkeep as well as exterior maintenance of both neighborhoods.

Carriage Homes are offered in the Sabal Palm neighborhood. These two-story buildings offer four units per building with detached two-car garages. Sabal Palm residents enjoy a private clubhouse and pool. Residents pay both neighborhood and master HOA fees allowing them not to be burdened with exterior maintenance and lawn care of the homes.

Attached Villas are offered in the Saraceno neighborhood. These attached homes offer a little more living space. Residents of Saraceno enjoy all amenities within the main clubhouse.

Detached single-family homes are offered in the Cypress Cove, Grande Estates, Santa Lucia, Savona, Solemar and Villa Grande neighborhoods. These homes offer luxurious single-family living with attached garages. Most homes have scenic golf course views and pools under a covered lanai.
