The Club at Indian Lakes in Boynton Beach, Florida is a quaint community for those 55 and better. This gated community offers its residents the best in low-maintenance living along with resort-style amenities. Homebuyers can choose single-family homes available on a resale-only basis. The surrounding area offers endless options for recreation, entertainment, and medical services. The Club at Indian Lakes is a great community for any active adult.

The Club at Indian Lakes Amenities

The Club at Indian Lakes offers its residents great resort-style amenities. Inside the clubhouse homeowners enjoy the company of neighbors and friends in the card or billiards room, joining a club event in the meeting room, or relaxing in the sauna after a workout in the fitness center. Residents can enjoy some peace and quiet with a good book in the library. A social hall is also available, which is equipped with a stage, lighting and sound as well as a catering kitchen so homeowners can attend parties and large social events.

Built by Albanese Homes between 1995 and 1997, The Club at Indian Lakes is comprised of 268 single-family homes available on a resale-only basis. Single-family homes range in size from 1,600 to 2,604 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. They feature open floor plans and covered back patios. Some homes have private pools in place of a back patio and most residences back up to a scenic pond or mature trees.
