The open floor plan includes a great room and flex space. The Sabal has 1,620 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. It includes a covered and screened patio. The Royal has 1,889 square feet, two bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s an attached two-car garage and an option for a loft or third bedroom.
All of the single-family homes in the Premier Collection have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Floor plans are the Ibis, with 1,599 square feet, the Abaco, with 1,672 square feet, the Sandpiper, with 1,752 square feet, and the Sanderling, with 1,761 square feet. These homes have open floor plans with an expansive great room and dining space.Â
The Regal Collection is made up of four single-family home models. The Lucia has 1,842 square feet and the Sierra has 2,064 square feet.
