Venetian Falls' spectacular 16,000 square-foot resort-style clubhouse makes residents feel like they are on vacation every day. Socializing at the clubhouse is easy with a spacious billiards and card room and an Internet cafe with computers. Homeowners can work on a hobby in the arts and crafts room or attend a club event in the meeting room. The Grand Ballroom, complete with a dance floor and catering kitchen, is the ideal location for the community's many parties, dances, and on-site live entertainment. The state-of-art fitness center provides both cardiovascular and strength-training equipment as well as an aerobics studio for classes and yoga sessions.
Residents can also stay active outdoors at the 9-hole putting green and four bocce ball courts. The luxurious pool area includes a whirlpool spa, a resort-style pool and a resistance pool that has a constant current that is wonderful for exercise. Beautiful walking and biking paths as well as scenic ponds add a charming touch to this already picturesque community.
Venetian Falls Homes & Real Estate
Venetian Falls was built by Centex between 2004 and 2012 with 700 residences available on a resale-only basis. Homeowners can choose from attached homes and single-family homes. The attached villas come in two styles: paired (duplex homes) and garden (quad homes). Villas include many of the same features as the single-family homes, but have a shared wall on one or either side. The single-story, paired villas range in size from 1,668 to 1,681 square feet and include an extended 8-foot privacy wall beside the covered lanai. Garden villas, arranged in a row of four single-story homes, are available in two-bedroom designs and range in size from 1,448 to 1,602 square feet.
The two to three-bedroom, single-family homes in Venetian Falls are ranch style, and come in a range of sizes from 1,730 to 2,165 square feet. Each home features a kitchen nook and separate dining room, a den, an attached two-car garage, a covered lanai, and other desirable options.
Venetian Falls Lifestyle
Residents at Venetian Falls can participate in many social activities, from planned community events to an informal get-together. Homeowners can participate in activities such as board game and card night, bridge, ceramics, arts and crafts, tennis, scrabble, chess, water aerobics, yoga, and pinochle. A full-time activities director is on-hand to help residents make the most of their time and easily arrange for private or group outings. The clubhouse's many social areas provide ample space for residents to gather and get to know each other.

Tucked away in beautiful Venice, only ten minutes from the beach, Venetian Falls is in a prime location for active adults. Just outside the community, I-75 provides easy access to downtown Venice and Sarasota, where residents can enjoy fine dining, shopping, museums, sporting events and other cultural and recreational attractions. The nearby Sarasota Bradenton International Airport provides convenient travel for residents and their visiting guests. In addition to all the activities found in Venice and Sarasota, residents can easily make day trips to nearby Tampa and Fort Myers, which are approximately 70 miles away.

We love this place! The people we have met; and they are from everywhere, Canada, United Kingdom, of course the States. They have all been wonderful to us and they have become our true friends. The club house, pools, exercise equipment are all up to date and well cared for. The properties are well maintained. Can not say it enough, one of the best decisions we ever made.
love living here as a snowbird...staff can be a bit rude to visitors at time especially teens and children for the smallest of things...so if you plan on having them visit it would be better to take them to the beach....if you like joining in...this is the place to be...loads of things to do
Venetian Falls is in a great location. I volunteer at the Art Museum and it's only about 15 minutes away. I enjoy most kinds of art and craft hobbies so I like those clubs here best. The weather here is great and the beach is about 15 minutes away. I spend most of my free time outside at the pool, playing tennis or walking the trails.
Great area, fantastic housing, be wary of your teenagers and young adults visiting; residential staff are condescending and anyone under the age of 30 is constantly eyed with suspicion and patronizing speech.
