Homeowners can work on a hobby in the arts and crafts room or attend a club event in the meeting room. The Grand Ballroom, complete with a dance floor and catering kitchen, is the ideal location for the community's many parties, dances, and on-site live entertainment. The state-of-art fitness center provides both cardiovascular and strength-training equipment as well as an aerobics studio for classes and yoga sessions.

Venetian Falls Homes & Real Estate

Venetian Falls was built by Centex between 2004 and 2012 with 700 residences available on a resale-only basis. Homeowners can choose from attached homes and single-family homes. The attached villas come in two styles: paired (duplex homes) and garden (quad homes). Villas include many of the same features as the single-family homes, but have a shared wall on one or either side. The single-story, paired villas range in size from 1,668 to 1,681 square feet and include an extended 8-foot privacy wall beside the covered lanai. Garden villas, arranged in a row of four single-story homes, are available in two-bedroom designs and range in size from 1,448 to 1,602 square feet.

The two to three-bedroom, single-family homes in Venetian Falls are ranch style, and come in a range of sizes from 1,730 to 2,165 square feet. Each home features a kitchen nook and separate dining room, a den, an attached two-car garage, a covered lanai, and other desirable options.
