About Barrett Preserve

Barrett Preserve is an intimate 55+ active adult community in Marietta, Georgia. There is a community pavilion for residents to gather in for holiday parties and events. Less than an hour away from Atlanta, this community provides a great balance between quiet, relaxed living and big-city fun and entertainment.

Barrett Preserve Amenities & Lifestyle

Residents at Barrett Preserve love to gather at the community pavilion that has a patio and fireplace for friends and neighbors to settle around. The homeowners’ association takes care of exterior maintenance, mowing lawns, garbage collection, and more. Everyone has more time to enjoy the activities they love or to pick up a new hobby.

Barrett Preserve Homes & Real Estate

The homes at Barrett Preserve are being built by Fortress Builders. The community broke ground in 2017 and includes 41 homes upon completion. These single-family homes come in two different floor plans and have three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Each home comes standard with master-on-main suites, private outdoor patio areas, and stainless steel appliances.

Barrett Preserve is located in Marietta, Georgia next to everything residents need for everyday living. Less than five minutes away, you can find a Target, Publix, The Home Depot, and much more. It’s location just off Georgia State Road 120 makes getting around easy. Near many golf courses, Barrett Preserve is also just 20 minutes away from downtown Marietta.

Fifty minutes away lies the city of Atlanta, Georgia. The Atlanta Botanical Garden, the Georgia Aquarium, the Georgia Dome, and many other places offer amazing opportunities for entertainment. Atlanta is the home of the College Football Hall of Fame and, when family comes to visit, the Children’s Museum of Atlanta is just outside of Centennial Olympic Park. Barrett Preserve is situated perfectly for homeowners looking to enjoy a quiet, relaxed atmosphere while never being too far away from the fun and excitement of a big city and all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities the Atlanta Area has to offer.

Friendly Community for a small town feel in a suburban setting. The properties are well maintained and water is supplied through HOA fees. All homes are sprinkler-ed with landscaping handled by the HOA. We are in walking distance of Walgreens, Publix, Waffel House and a wonderful full-service Italian Restaurant (https://modenaristorante.com/). There are 41 units and gently rolling hills for a nice aerobic walk around the neighborhood.
