The Thistle has 1,129 square feet and includes an extra half-bathroom as well as an attached one-car garage.  

Two models have two bedrooms and one bathroom. These are the Tipton, which has 1,089 square feet and a cozy patio space, and the Bramble, which has 1,928 square feet and a balcony.

There are four two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plans. The Manor A has 1,370 square feet, a kitchen with an island, and an attached one-car garage. The Manor C has 1,408 square feet and a primary suite with an extensive closet. The Manor D has 1,429 square feet, a separate dining area off the kitchen, and extra storage. The Manor F has 1,382 square feet and an attached one-car garage. 

One model, the Haven, has three bedrooms. This two-story townhome features 1,668 square feet, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a kitchen with a walk-in pantry and an island that includes seating. The primary bedroom is on the main floor.
