About Heritage at Towne Lake

Heritage at Towne Lake is a new, gated, 55+ community in Woodstock, Georgia from builder David Weekley Homes.

Homeowners in this 85-residence community have the option to chose from seven different floor plans: Roscoe, Boylston, Salcedo, Lovejoy, Anglewood, Roebuck, and Amarella. The various home models range from 1,909 to 2,603 square feet and have at least three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while some of the models include four bedrooms and more bathrooms. Every home model comes with a two-to-three car garage. Each model also includes potential add-ons such as covered porches, fireplaces, and extra rooms. 

Amenities at Heritage at Towne Lake begin in the clubhouse where residents will find a fitness center for staying in shape as well as multi-purpose rooms to relax and talk with friends. Outside, the swimming pool is where residents of this community cool off on a warm Georgia day. The patio by the pool not only provides a place to soak up the sun but also comes with an outdoor fireplace for late night conversations with neighbors. If you want to take a leisurely stroll, there are walking trails that weave through this quaint community. The homeowner's association covers common area maintenance and grounds care so that residents can enjoy the outdoors of their neighborhood without worrying about upkeep. 

Heritage at Towne Lake is just over an hour's drive away from Atlanta. This location is ideal for a homebuyer who wants to be secluded from urban life but still within a reasonable distance of big-city excitement.
