Features in many homes include flex space, lofts, basements, and outdoor decks and patios. 

The Edenton has 1,501 to 2,645 square feet, two or three bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. There’s an option for a loft or a finished basement, and a sunroom can also be added. This model has an extra large family room right off the kitchen and dining area. 

The Amelia offers 1,683 to 3,020 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and a center island with space for seating. There is a flex space that can be used for an office or a third bedroom. Options include a loft, basement, and an expanded garage for a third car.

The Wilmington has 1,725 to 3,322 square feet, two to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. A flex space near the entrance to the home can be used as a living room, office, or extra bedroom. Buyers can add a loft space or a finished basement, and the owner’s suite has its own private entry. There’s a spacious covered patio in the back.

The Camden is a model with between 1,859 and 2,811 square feet, depending on whether buyers want to add a second story or a basement. There are two to four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. The kitchen has a large island and opens into a spacious family room and dining area or morning room. Flex space is included and the owner’s bathroom has a walk-in shower while the second bathroom has a tub.

The Maxwell offers 1,856 to 4,305 square feet and can have from two to four bedrooms and between two and four-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s a covered entry and an outdoor patio as well as a bright morning room and flex space to be used as a living room, office, or extra bedroom. Walk-in closets are in each bedroom and there’s the option for a loft or finished basement.

The Morgan has 1,810 to 2,762 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. A large covered patio is included and the owner’s suite has maximum privacy, with a bathroom that includes dual sinks and an oversized walk-in closet. There’s flex space right off the foyer and an optional loft with bedroom or finished basement.
