Nestledown Farm in Cumming, Georgia is a 55+ community being built in scenic Cumming, GA. This active adult community offers new single-family homes by Jim Chapman Communities. Nestledown Farm's clubhouse will be the center for all activity in the community. Here, residents will gather around the indoor fireplace or socialize with friends in the multi-purpose rooms.
