The Promenade is an adaptable floor plan with 2,054 to 2,932 square feet, two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The primary suite is on the first floor, and there’s a flex space. Options include a gourmet kitchen and a sitting room.

The Provenance provides 2,832 to 4,056 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s an attached three-car garage. Two large suites are on the first floor, both leading to separate private courtyards. There’s a formal dining room, a large kitchen, and options for a screened porch and a bonus suite.
