Features in all apartment homes include smart home thermostats, USB outlets, and LED lighting for energy efficiency. Apartments include front-loading washers and dryers, gourmet kitchens with granite counters and pantries, and glass tile backsplash. Some homes have stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, balconies or terraces, and walk-in showers.

The studio model has 615 square feet. There are six one-bedroom, one-bathroom models, with 687 to 770 square feet. These homes have a kitchen island with seating, and some have balconies and double sinks in the bathroom. All one-bedroom models include large walk-in closets.

Six two-bedroom, two-bathroom models are available with between 1,036 and 1,275 square feet. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, and some bathrooms have bathtubs. Larger models include a separate dining area and many floor plans include a kitchen island with seating and a sink.

There’s one three-bedroom, two-bathroom model available with 1,644 square feet. There’s a large kitchen island and a wrap-around balcony with plenty of space for seating and outdoor dining. All bedrooms include a walk-in closet.
