This active adult neighborhood features a charming clubhouse with great amenities and activities to keep residents busy throughout the year. This age-restricted community consists of only 158 resale attached homes so neighbors can get to know each other in a close-knit setting. Love the Orchards of Roswell but don't overlook both the Orchards at Sweetapple and Orchards at Crabapple. As Premier Agents for 55Places, we are familiar with all the neighborhoods in North Metro Atlanta. Recently had a client that thought she wanted only the Orchards of Roswell but nothing was available for sale. We got her in a home for sale at Orchards at Crabapple and she decided to make an offer on the spot. She just moved in and is thrilled!
