The Orchards of Stoney Point is a 55+ community located in beautiful Cumming, Georgia. Active adults can enjoy the low-maintenance lifestyle, clubhouse amenities and award-winning home styles constructed by The Orchards Group. The Orchards of Stoney Point Amenities

Homeowners aged 55 and better can enjoy the Grand Clubhouse. The clubhouse features a well-equipped fitness center, card and game tables, grand room with fireplace and TV, and a catering kitchen that can be used to prepare food for parties, meetings or holiday events.

An outdoor pool, sundeck and BBQ grill are also be available to residents. Active adults will be able to swim a few laps to stay fit or relax by the pool with a good book.

The Orchards of Stoney Point Homes & Real Estate

The Orchards Group constructed The Orchards of Stoney Point between 2014 and 2015 with 130 attached homes. Homeowners have two collections to choose from: The Arbors and Southern Heritage. Each collection features spacious floor plans, high ceilings, elegant fixtures, gourmet kitchens, large master suites and screen porches.

The Arbors collection is made up of two-story townhome villas that offer 1,739 to 2,880 square feet of living space. The townhome villas have two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. These models feature master suites on the main floor, a second-floor loft space, storage space, and some models include an additional bedroom and bathroom.

The Southern Heritage collection features ranch-style condominiums that range from 2,156 to 2,333 square feet. They have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. These spacious floor plans all include second-floor bathrooms and an activity room or guest suite.

The Orchards of Stoney Point Lifestyle

Active adults in The Orchards of Stoney Point can truly live a maintenance-free lifestyle. Homeowners can leave the hassles of home maintenance to the homeowners association (HOA). The HOA fee includes exterior building insurance, termite bond, exterior home maintenance including roof and painting, landscaping and yard maintenance, common area lighting, sprinkler systems, trash removal, common grounds maintenance and street repairs, and clubhouse amenities.

The city of Cumming, Georgia is full of Southern charm and hospitality. Residents aged 55+ have nearby access to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. We have enjoyed Stoney Point Orchards going on 5 years. Upscale,area. The houses surrounding the Orchards are high end classy homes. This Orchards is young at heart, stunning salt water pool , well kept homes, roads, entrance is close to 141 access to churches, shopping, 400 – The Units are lovely
just painted- 130 units, lovely club house, socials and interesting neighbors.
