Westbrook Village is a new active adult community in Suwanee, Georgia. Paramount Community Builders is planning to build a total of 42 single-family and attached homes. A homeowners' association (HOA) will cover community maintenance and Westbrook Village's convenient location makes it easy to get services and attractions throughout the city and the region.

Upon completion, there will be 42 single-family and eight attached homes at Westbrook Village. Attached homes have 3,145 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, a flex space, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. These homes feature first-floor master suites and large, open kitchens and living rooms. On the second floor there is an additional bedroom, bathroom, and flex spaces perfect for use as a home office or craft room. 

There will be 34 single-family homes with two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some floor plans have a den. Both floor plans have first-floor master bedrooms and generous screened-in porches.
